The agenda of the AGM is as follows:
- Present the Presidents’ Report
- Annual Financial Statements
- Elect new Directors to Board
- Expressions of Interest for Club Officers.
Each volunteer Director of the club has direct responsibility for a defined set of activities and associated programs which are pivotal to the successful running of the club.
Directors shall be nominated by and elected from the financial members of the club and shall be elected at the Annual General Meeting for a two-year term and shall take office immediately on election.
Your Club needs your support to fill Volunteer Club Officer Positions in the 2026/2027 season for the future success of the Club meeting its Vision. Please consider how you could assist in one of these roles.
Directors also have Volunteer Club Officer Positions who work with the Director to assist in achieving the desired outcomes for the club and its members.
These Office Holder roles can provide support to the administrative and financial functions within the club, or more often are related to operational based roles on the beach.
Expression of interests for these roles will be taken at the AGM, nomination forms can be requested by emailing [email protected].

Please note, that in accordance with the Club Constitution only Elected Officers and Active, Active Reserve, Long Service and Life Members shall be eligible to vote at any general meeting of the Club – Social/General Members do not have voting rights.
