The Bronze Medallion is a nationally recognised qualification that equips members with the knowledge and practical skills required to become an active Surf Life Saver:

• OHS
• Beach types, wave patterns and currents
• Resuscitation and first aid
• Communication & radio techniques
• Rescue techniques
• Patrolling methods

Training is on Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings

Arrive by 6:15 to enable a prompt start

Minimum 15 years (on or before Saturday 12 December)

• You must be a financial member of the club and pay the course fee
• Complete a 400m flat water swim in less than 9 minutes (pool swim assessment completed as part of the course)
