Skills maintenance contents:

eLearning (to be completed before the session)

• Log into the SLS Hub
• Select Applications > eLearning > Training Library
• Select 2026 Skills Maintenance and complete the Bronze or SRC course (as applicable to you)

Dry component: focused on Lifesaving CPR, including theory reinforcement and hands-on practice of LCPR

Wet component:

• Run-swim-rescue (tube)
• Board rescue
• Spinal management scenarios (BM only)
