Club Training

Competition training is held throughout the year with a focus on the Surf Life Saving Season. Specialised skill work for specific disciplines as well as general physical skills are focused on during these sessions.

Each junior is encouraged to have fun and to achieve their full potential in a challenging and stimulating environment. The emphasis is not on winning, but on doing their best so that an enjoyable and successful experience for our children is achieved.

Surf Sports Training and Development:

If you are interested in developing and improving your surf skills and general fitness, then there are training programs available to suit your level of fitness and skill. Training sessions cater for all ages, and all levels of ability and fitness. From our highly-trained athlete to our general fitness member, training sessions are scheduled on a daily or weekly basis.
