Notice of Special General Meeting 2pm Saturday 20th July, 2024

In accordance with Clause 25 of the Constitution of the Coogee Beach Surf Life Saving Club Inc (Coogee Beach SLSC), the Board of Management of the Coogee Beach SLSC has determined that a Special General Meeting (SGM) of the Club is to be convened to consider amending the Constitution. 

Therefore, pursuant to Clause 11.1 of the Constitution of the Coogee Beach SLSC, NOTICE is hereby given that this SGM of the Members of the Coogee Beach SLSC will be held in the Tin Shed Training Room commencing at 2.00pm Saturday 20th July 2024 to consider the proposed amendments. 

The order of business is listed below:    

1. President’s welcome and opening address.  

1. Attendance and Receipt of apologies.  

1. Receipt and consideration of any relevant correspondence.  

1. Consideration of the proposed amendments to the Constitution.     

1. Closing by President.
